Rev. Philip A. Rasmussen, M. Div., is the General Overseer of the Independent Assemblies of God. Rev. Rasmussen is the Founder and President of Life Institute and has taught Christian principles for over four decades. Rev. Rasmussen is a graduate from Wheaton College and earned a Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary (Pasadena, California)
Dr. Clyde B. Wasdin, Th. D., is the Assistant General Overseer of the Independent Assemblies of God. Dr. Wasdin has been a minister for over 50 years. He planted, pastored and grew large churches and mega churches over the USA. He ministered at conferences and conventions in 32 nations. He is a beloved speaker and mentor. He is a graduate of South Eastern College of the Assemblies of God. He earned a Masters and Doctorate degree from the International Seminary (Plymouth, Orlando, Florida).
